Serenade and Bass GS
Beat the game and go to the place where you got the freezing alpha program thingy. Press A and the fore will turn green. Continue through the Secret Net and eventually you will meet DarkMan and JapanMan.
Keep continue until you go up a big slope. There is a door but you need 200 regular chips to open. Serenade is in there and after you beat him, put 300 bug frags in the bug trader and jack out. Go back to the bug trader and Bass will face you in a much more powerful form.
