Getting to Flaman, and Bass
To get to Flaman you must stop all of the net fires. After you did all of that go to UnderNet3 he will be waiting for you. After you beat him Bass will show up. You will have to battle him. But you must lose to its useless to battle him so justlet him delete you, but dont worry you will not lose the game you will have 1 HP left so you will live.
