destroy the towers with 650 hp

You will need to get hurt by viruses until you have lost at least 650 hp. Then go into battle with the towers.

Warning: do not heal yourself. Use copydamage* on the top tower.

Then go right up to the bottom two towers and use Muramasa. After beating these towers you will be able to find the Hole* chip.
