Catch Balloon Pikachu

You need 2 Vibravas in your party for this cheat. First beat the master rank Pokemon contests with a Vibrava. Then fly to Verdanturf town. Talk to the boy in front of the Pokemon contests hall, and he will be impressed with your Pokemon's prize ribbon. He will ask if you want to trade your Vibrava for a for his Rhydon. Say yes and trade. After you recieve your Rhydon, go to Lilycove city. Go down to the water and it will say "Are you sure you want to release your Pokemon?" Say yes, and it will show a cut scene of you throwing Rhydon into the bay. Then fly to Fortree city. Go up the ladder beside the Pokemon center, and after the second house you will see your old Rhydon sitting on the bridge. He will ask if you want to trade a Vibrava for his Pikachu. Say yes, and read the mail attatched to Pikachu. It will say "Pikachu wants to fly!" and it will say there was a balloon in the letter. Make Pikachu hold the balloon, and it will say Pikachu's evolving. He will turn into balloon Pikachu, and he will learn the move fly.
