Effective Training

Give the MACHO BRACE to the first pokemon in your party and give the EXP. SHARE to the pokemon you want to train. Now both pokemon will get the advantage of the extra exp. from the MACHO BRACE.

Also, battle other trainers in the wild repeatedly and their pokemon will become effective training tools as their levels go up with each battle.
