Catching Feebas

To catch Feebas, you'll need the Super Rod, Surf, and Waterfall. Now, you need to go to the route south-west of Fortree City, and get in the water. There are six, count em, SIX spaces where Feebas can be found. They are random, and they change every time the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town changes. You'll need to fish 2-3 times in each tile, and you'll "eventually" find him. A warning though: It's a royal pain in the neck. It does work though.
