How to get as much heart scales as you want for the move tutor

Here is how to get as much heart scales as you want.
First, go down the waterfall in evergrand city.
Right below the water fall, fish with super rod and either a wailmer, luvdisc, or corsola(10%).
Catch as much luvdisc you can. (PS: it will not work if your luvdisc get transfered to your PC. It will only work when it gets directly to your party).
After catching one, check him out and he will have a item holding. Take it away from him and you will get heart scale. If you don't know what heart scale is used for, here is what it's used for: if you go to the move tutor (he is in the city before the meteor fall) and give him that heart scale, he will teach you a move that one of your pokemon already had learned but you erased it.
For example, if you had ice beam, surf, earthquake, hydro pump and you erased ice beam, if you give him the heart scale, he will make your pokemon learn that attack back.
