How to get raquaza
Go battle the Elite 4 (with the 8 badges) and go to sky pillar (please use a mach bike to cross those holes!). Go to the top level and you will see raquaza like a stone. Press a on it and it will attack you (raquaza is level 70 when it attacks you), so be brave and charge into battle and good luck to you when you catch raquaza!
