Shiny legendary every time

Save by the legendary pokemon, then have slaking in your first part of team and shirfty last and ludiculo in 3rd - their levels do not matter. Fight the legendary pokemon and it won't be a shiny, so switch off and switch on again. Fight it again and it will not be a shiny. On the fourth go, it will definitely be a shiny. If it is not, you have gone wrong somewhere. Be sure you have the right pokemon.
