How to catch regis trio

After you unlock the regis, do the following to catch the trio:

registeel: Fly to Lilicove City and bike to route 122, then go up the stairs by a girl. Go into the tall grass and go up the stairs, where you'll find a cavern. Go in and use fly in the middle. Save and use a lot of ultra balls.

regirock: Fly to Lavaridge and bop down the mountain. Go into the desert and go to the bottom. You will find another cavern. Go in and go to the top and middle braille. Go 2 steps down and 3 steps right. Use strength. Use a lot of ultra balls and save.

regice: Go to Petalburg City and go to the river. Surf to route 105. Surf down to an island with trees. Go across it and surf again. Go up until you find the last cavern. Go talk to the braille and wait. You might want to watch TV and check every once in a while. Now save and use a lot of ultra balls. By the way, if you move at all, the time will reset.

Hint: to catch the regis easily, paralyze them or make them go to sleep.
