How to get Latios & Latias without trading

After beating the elite 4 walk up to any flashing tv and it will tell you that a rare pokemon was spotted around any route.

Go to that route and run in the grass or surf. After a while of searching you will find the first of the two (lv.70) pokemo (you get latias on saphire & latios on ruby).

To get the other, you must go to a pokemon event. Approach the wonder corner with the wireless adapter in and go to mystery event. A guy with a green hat will now apear in the department store. He will give you the eon ticket. Take the boat to a new area where you will find the other (lv.70) pokemon.
