How To Get A Feebas Easily
Go to the first lake you see on route 119 near route 118 and surf there. Go to the corner on top where the guy had to battle you with it and start fishing there with the good road. It should not take to long before you find one.
When you find one, continue finding more (male + female) and breed them.
