Best way to train pokemon
If you get a weak pokemon teach it Protect then use a Groundon or Swampert that has Earthquake. Battle the TV reporter alot and because they always want to battle. Use pokemon that you want to train and a pokemon that has Earthquake. First use Protect then use Earth, You will then gain about 1400 experience for everytime you battle for each of your pokemon.
