Get a Makihuta or any poke that have knock off. Go to Ever Grant City and fish, every time you see a Luvdisk use knock off. If you see something fly out of it then catch that Luvdisk if its holding a heart scale.

Now get heart scale off Luvdisk and go to the city that you caught Spinda. Go to a house near the Poke center that has a fat women in there. Give her the heart scale and she will let 1 of your pokemon learn a old attack. Have a Blaziken and she can teach it fire punch. Medicamp can learn fire, thunder or ice punch. Kadabra is Kenesis, and Latios is bregonbreath and confusion.
