Shadow lugia

After obtaining ho-oh and purifying him, take him to sapphire/ruby/emerald. Your team MUST be regice, regirock, registeel, ho-oh, rayquaza and one space free. Go to sky pillar and get to the top. You automatically stand in the middle. Then you will hear regirock cry and then registeel and then regice and then rayquaza and finally ho-oh. Ho-oh will cry about 5 times and then, like with kyogre/groudon the screen will go a different colour (remember the blue/red orb thing?) but it will be silver. The music will also be on from when groudon/kyogre awakens.
Then lugia comes down and crys. Ho-oh will also fly, form its pokeball and cry and hover with lugia. Then they fly away. All is back to normal but you have no ho-oh or lugia!
Now put the regis and rayquaza on colosseum and with them only get to the top of Mt Battle. At the top (after the 100th person) lugia and ho-oh fly down. They cry and you have to capture them. Both are shadow. Now you have lugia and your ho-oh back. Purify them and well done!
