How to get 200 master balls fly to cinabbar island
Go to pokemon mansion and go right to the end. Talk to the scientist and battle him. After you have beated him talk to him 134 times. At the end he will say your starting to annoy me here have 200 master balls and get lost. (but don't talk to him again or he will take them off you)
