Catch jirachi wish maker lv.100
Beat the elite four. Release all your pokemon apart from a polwirhl and save the game. Go to cerulaun cave and find a wish ball. Surf to seafoam islands, go inside and walk in the glowing seceret door. You will find a rayquza statue - go into menu, click pokemon then click strength and push the statue and walk down the trap door. Walk to the star, press A and battle jirachi. Throw a wish ball and poof! it's caught.
