How to get National Pokedex and catch exotic pokemon

First, beat up the Elite 4. Make sure you have had at least 60 pokemon. Go to Oak, in pallet town, and talk to him. He will give you an upgrade on your pokedex! Then, go to 1 island and talk to Bill's friend in the pokemon center. Go to Mt. Ember. Beat the 2 rockets guarding a hole in the wall. Go in the hole all the way. You will find a ruby. Give it to Bill's friend. He'll tell you to get another gem. He'll give you acess to islands 4 - 7. Go to all of the islands to ask around where the gem is. When you find it, some scientist will steal it. Go to 5 island meadows to get it back! Defeat the rockets once and for all! Then go back to 1 island to show the guy at the poke center. Then, go to 3 island at 3 isle port. There will be a hole in the wall. Go in! Talk to the guy at the end of it. He will give you a nugget. Continue until you see a patch of grass. You will find Dunsparce in it! If you check the other islands, you can find more! You can tell they're exotic if they are around level 7-20.
