Get a Lv:50 GROUDON!
First get the National Pokedex from Oak and catch Mewtwo (do not catch it with your master ball as you will need it). Make your Mewtwo strong and go to seven island and catch every kind of unknown. Go to the place where you catch unknown A and go to the middle of the room. After a few minutes the screen will turn red and the ground will shake. The floor will turn into lava except the place where you are standing. Groudon will appear and it will attack you. Do not waste time - just throw the master ball!
