How to get porygon2, scizor and steelix
For porygon2, get a porygon and attach an upgrade. The upgrade can be found at the rocket warehouse and trainer tower. Trade it with a friend and it should evolve. For scizor and steelix, do the same, but attach a metal coat. The metal coat can be found at memorial pillar, trainer tower and wild magnemites in ruby/sapphire.
