Get the dogs
To get suicune, entei or raikou, get all the unknowns in the alphabet and go to Kanto. You will find them in the grass using max repel by Cerulean for entei, brocks town for raikou and Surges town for suicune. (Note: use squirtle for raikou, bulbasaur for entei, and charmander for suicune).
