Easiest way to beat the Elite Four

The best way to beat the Elite Four is to catch all of the legendary birds and get squrtile as a starter. Make sure it knows bite, hydro, canon, surf and one random attack, and make sure it has evolved to blastois.

zapadoes/thunder: shock wave and fly.
articono/blizard: ice beam and fly.
moltaras/flametro: fire blast and fly.

Finally, make sure that they are at least at level 55.

Catching the legendary birds could take 36 ultra balls or more each, so stock up on them.
