Gets you a Dragontine or Dragonair on Lv:20-54.
Go to the Safari zone and make sure the first Pokemon in your party is holding the clense tag. Use the Super Rod. When a Dragontine or Dragonair appears use the Safari Ball and press a, a, b, b, start and start and then he's yours.
