How to get the Legendary Dogs

Depending on your starter:
Bulbasaur: Entei
Squirtle: Raikou
Charmander: Suicune

After you beat elite four, the legendary dog (depending on your starter) will run around KANTO. It is by luck that you find it. Every time you hurt it or use a ball on it, it will flee but you may encounter it again. So use wobbuffet as its special ability to prevent wild pokemon from escaping. After you have seen it once and it fled, do not worry as your pokedex will give you the whereabouts of it. Good luck
