To Get Heat Wave

Go to the tunnel after Brock and go upstairs.

Catch paras a lot of 10.

Look at the item of the paras's and that are tinymushroom or big mushrooms.

Go to Island 2 and go on the Mushroom House to tinymushroom's or 1 big mushroom and you can give Charizard Heat Wave.

Ps: Mushroom house is on the second game corner on Two Island.
