Turn pokeballs into MASTER BALLS!
When you are battling a wild pokemon, use the pokeball and then immediately press B+A+select+L+R and you will have a 99.99% of catching the pokemon, so try it - it's a really good cheat. Because of it, I caught all of my pokemon with pokeballs and I have my pokedex completed.
