Have your pokemon charge ki and use kaioken and become super saiyns

First, make your pokemon use charge attacks like solarbeam and skull bash. Then, go to the sky pillar. There, make the battle with Rayquaza last for 30 turns, and make sure you win. Don't save and your pokemon will be able to use those abilities and become super strong.
