Find and fight Steven

After you defeat the Elite Four, go to Meteor Falls (you will need pokemon that know surf and waterfall). In the first room surf, then go up the waterfall through the tunnel. Go down the ladder, then go up the little set of stairs to another ladder. Go through that tunnel. You will find Steven eventually. Good luck defeating his level 70+ pokemon :)
