Get Latias or Latios

Beat the pokemon league. If the tv downstairs says, "A BZZZT color pokemon is flying around the Hoenn." Then your mom will ask you, "What color is that pokemon?" - Red is Latias, Blue is Latios.

NOTE: Have a lot of timer balls, potions and a level 59 Wobbefet and you'll catch it.
