The best place to train up ur pokemon is the mauville city! There are two trainers with 6 pokemon and a day care center. There is also a double with anna and her twin and a guy with a dodrio Lv 37( when at max). Just keep going from mauville city to another city near it like Vendturf city from left to right until the trainers want to challenge u again with more powerful pokemon.
