How to get the Regirock, Registeel & Regice

Unlock the Sealed Chamber: Dive up the square that has a braile on the front. Regirock: Go to the Desert Ruins, then read the braile, and then walk to the left 2x, then down 2x. Now use rock smash. Registeel: Go to the cave on the route on the right side of Fortree City. Go in the middle and use flash. Regice: Go to the Island Cave, then stay in the wall and walk around in 1 lap note: Buy as many ultra balls you can buy
