Regirock, Registeel & Regice

First You must go to the Sealed Chamber with a Wailord and a Relicanth in your party. note: you must have a pokemon with dive & dig Regirock: Go to the desert ruins, read the braille. Then walk left 2x and down 2x. Now use rock smash Regice: Go to Island Cave, read the braille. Stay in the walls, then walk 1 lap. Regirock: Go to the ruins on the right side of fortree. Go in the middle of the cave and use flash.
