How to get ditto in emerald

First you have to be pokemon champion and second you have to get a fossil from Mirage Tower (Claw Fossil, Root fossil. Then after that you have to go to the fossil maniac's house, near fallarbor, and you'll find that he dug a long tunnel. On the end of the tunnel, you'll find the other fossil that you didn't pick up. But most of all, dittos swarm all over the tunnel. Catch as many as you want. (They're lv. 40-50)
