Catching Legends

to catch Groudon and Kyogre, beat the Elite Four then, go to the weather institute and the guy will tell you where they are. Drought is for Groudon and rainfall is for Kyogre. When you're catching Kyogre, there will be diving space where the rainfall is. Go in it and go next to Kyogre's water. Kyogre will start to battle.
