Get all sarter's from old game's + rare pokemon

First get all regis pokemon with out battling traner's or wild pokemon. Then go see the pro he will trade 1 pokemon for 2 (like your regrock for his mudkid and surtle). Go see your mum she will give you the 3 bird's. Go out side and you mum will say that your dad wanted to see you go to him to get raikou, suicone, entei, ho-oh, lugia, mew and jarach. PS tO get deoxy as well, get rayqaue,kyoge and groudon.
