Get Flying Pikachu

U have to use a DS for this. Have Emerald in your DS and Pokemon Dash in aswell. You have to have a Level 100 Pikachu on Emerald. Now play Dash and complete it, then trade but you'll see you can trade with yourself from Emerald for new tracks. Trade the Level 100 Pikachu to Dash and then complete the new available courses with him. Trade him back to Emerald and beat the last member of the leuge, Wallace with that Pikachu. Now you'll have a Pikachu that flies in a balloon.
