After you beat the Elite4 go to the Moossdeep Spacecenter and save. Two weeks later go back there and the prof will ask you if you want to go to the moon. Say yes, walk around until you find it, and save after you catch it. Then after 1 day go back to the moon, (once you have been there once it will show up on the corner of your map and you will be able to fly there) keep walking around and every Pokemon you fight will be a deowxy.
