How to get a egg from Day-care

You need a Minun and a Plusle to do this. I think they both have to be at the same lv. Put Minun and Plusle at Day-care. Talk to the old man that's beside the Day-care house. When you talk to him and he will tell you your Minun and Plusle are fine.

If you want to speed it up, you need a Acro bike. Ride your Acro bike for a while. Ride your Acro bike everywhere. Then go back to Day-care. If the old man is out, talk to him. He will tell you your pokemon had an egg. The pokemon in the egg is Plusle. But sadly, it's at lv 5. If you want to get another Plusle, you need to keep Minun and Plusle at day-care.
