How to find Deoxys
When you get to any pokemon center trade with a friend. After you trade with your friend a man in green will give you arurae ticket.
After you go out of the pokemon center go to a guy. You will be able to go to birth place island there are three triangle shapes. Walk on the middle one for 30 seconds. Use sweet scent and you find it on level 100 and its hp is 1000.
