Surfing Pikachu (Pokemon Yellow Only)

First get a pikachu from Pokemon Yellow and play it on Pokemon Stadium through the gym leader mode. After this, there will be a screen which says "Pikachu is trying to learn how to surf" and it teaches Pikachu how to surf. After Pikachu has learnt to surf, go back to Frushia city, go to the bottum house and talk to the surfer in the first room. He will ask you if you want to surk and you can play a mini game in which you surf with Pikachu.
