First you walk on Route 11 and hit all of the Pokemon available. Then buy 10 Ultra Balls, Revives, and potions from the same destination. Go to the precise middle of Celedon City. ERIKA WILL WALK TO YOU AND GIVE YOU THE BEST POKEMON IN THE GAME IF YOU BEAT HER IN A BATTLE. If she does not come to you you either a) did something wrong or b) are not in the middle of the city. Gloom is Level 100, Tangela is Level 99, and Weepinbell is Level 100: they have glitch attacks that are hard to beat, but will not screw up your game. If you lose, the cheat cannot be done again: EVEN IF YOU SAVE THE GAME BEFORE YOU BATTLE HER! She will either battle you (and if you win)and give you Ewewew which is a Grass type pokemon yet has no weakness! It has moves that are sort of glitches, but will not ruin your game! If she does not challenge you she will ask you to run the gym and get married to her! If you accept the whole game changes, for the better!
