Take the pokemon you want to duplicate and put it in box 10 (must be box 10). Get out but when it is saving (when it says saving do not turn off power) turn off your gba/gb and you will have two of those pokemon (oh yeah the pokemon you put in has to be in your party first)fthen you will have one in your party and one in the box.
