Battle blaine with over lvl 100s

Note: this is only for red and blue.

Do the missingno cheat and then when you're surfing, you will come to either blaine or a missingno. I've done this loads but beware - always take your best pokemon with you because one blaine as a lvl 250 magnemite and stuff like that. This cheat will also do the missingno cheat at the same time.
